Tyler Beauregard Company, East Inlet Partners, has an Unsatisfied Judgement in Connecticut and Colorado for $3,802.64

Tyler Beauregard ran a shell company called East Inlet Partners LLC.  And now Beauregard is a deadbeat.

Beauregard signed an agreement with Prolifogy in 2018 to determine the usefulness of software assets he had received from GTT Communications Inc. as part of a court settlement. Prolifogy incurred considerable time and expenses performing a thorough investigation and determined that the software assets were incomplete, broken, and not suitable for production use.

Rather than blaming GTT Communications, Beauregard blamed the messenger and ended up stiffing Prolifogy for ultimately $3,802.64.

Prolifogy sued East Inlet Partners as an initial step in collecting the monies due.  In doing so, several state marshals attempted to serve Mr. Beauregard in various claimed locations, including Isle of Palms, SC and Denver, CO, before eventually serving him successfully in Aspen, CO on October 24, 2019.

On October 17, 2019, after not showing up for his court date (a jailable offense) the Superior Court for the Judicial District of Danbury decided in favor of Prolifogy for $3,802.64 and ordered that the Beauregard’s company begin making weekly payments.

The judgement in Connecticut Superior Court was recognized by the District Court in Pitkin County, Colorado on January 14, 2020 and judgement in the amount of $3,802.64 was entered against the deadbeat Tyler Beauregard company in Colorado.

Needless to say, Beauregard ignored the order and went on his merry way to become a Realtor in Aspen, Colorado.  He now appears to be working at Concord Summit Capital touting deals he was presumably involved with on LinkedIn, all the while continuing to stiff Prolifogy.

One cannot help but wonder if Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty in Aspen or Concord Summit Capital knows about Mr. Beauregard’s dishonest behavior, failure to appear, and ignorance of court orders?

In any event, we will not hesitate to keep letting everyone know until the debt is finally paid.
